| We do appraisals in seven counties. We divide our coverage area into primary and out-lying for pricing purposes. Primary covers two counties - Spokane and Kootenai. Out-lying covers five counties - Pend Oreille, Stevens, Lincoln, Whitman and Benewah. The color code legend below shows primary counties in red and out-lying counties in blue.
